After the initial week, use the cream 2–3 times per week for the next 11 weeks. It is recommended to follow 2–3 cycles per year for ongoing support.
Wash your hands, shake the tube downward to move the contents, open the cap, insert the tip deep into the vagina (preferably while lying down), and squeeze gently. Apply the remaining cream externally with your fingertips in circular motions. Any leftover product in the opened tube should be discarded.
